Matched by the address a visitor arrived from, or by the tags on the link they followed. The list is one we maintain, so new assistants are added without you updating anything.
AI Traffic Tracker helped us uncover hidden SEO gaps and boosted our organic traffic significantly.
The AI insights are incredibly useful for optimizing campaigns and tracking performance in real time.
We improved conversion rates after identifying low-performing pages through this tool.
No. The tracking script is added to your site by us through Wix when you install the app, and removed the same way when you uninstall it. There is nothing to paste into your pages and nothing to switch on.
Almost certainly not. Nothing appears until someone arrives at your site from an AI assistant, and on a quiet site that can take days. Everything received is stored from the moment the script goes live, so nothing is lost while you wait. Check the Tracking tile in Settings first: if it says the tracker is live and the last visit is blank, there is nothing to fix, only something to wait for.
One arrival at your site from an AI assistant. Somebody reads an answer in an assistant, follows a link to your site, and that is one visit. If they then move to another page on your site, that is the same visit rather than a new one.
Open Settings. The Tracking tile shows one of four states. "Live on your site" means we checked your site and found the tracker. "Being added" means we have asked Wix and are waiting. "Not working yet" means Wix accepted the tracker and it is not appearing on your pages, which is worth telling us about. "Not added yet" means it has not been requested. The tile beside it shows the last visit we recorded.
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and others, and the list is not fixed in the app. Assistants are matched by the address they send visitors from, or by the tags on the link, and new ones are added to that list without the app needing an update. If you see an assistant sending you traffic that we are not naming, tell us and we can add it.
Confirmed means the visit carried something we recognise: the address of a known assistant, or a tag on the link naming one. Suspected means the signs point that way without proving it. We never add the two together anywhere in the app, and every chart showing both carries a key, because two things we cannot prove are the same thing should not be summed into one number.
Plans are billed by Wix. Cancelling in the Wix app market applies here within a few minutes.
